Market transition over the last several months
March was a great move in the right direction. April will show even more activity in the market.
Some sellers are again deciding to hold offers.
Buyers are again starting to see multiple offer competing situations on choice properties.
Remember, the easier it is for people to find financing, the harder it is to buy a home without competition.
If you are waiting until the interest rates drop lower, the home prices will have increased by the time that happens.
There are more Buyers willing to pay more for homes when money is easier to get a hold of.
